The fantastic Madame Mani is the owner and manager of Gurugedare Heritage. She welcomes all guests with open arms and you feel welcome and home immediately. International or domestic breakfast is offered. Lunch and dinner are Sri Lankan dishes with local ingredients. In the vicinity there is Tallalla Beach approx. 1km. 7km away there is the fantastic Hiriketiya Beach a paradise for surfers. (15min by tuk-tuk) Thank you Madame Mani for a fantastic stay. Parfait séjour pour une nuit pour débuter notre parcours dans le sud srilankais. Accueil charmant avec jus de fruits frais, une hôte qui a beaucoup échangé avec nous. Excellent petit déjeuner srilankais. Plage de Tallala à 15min à pied. Salle de bain très bien mais, comme précisé, collective et donc à distance de la chambre.

The location was near to a good beach.
Unhygienic (ants, cockroach). Unclean and stinky washroom. Poor door fittings. Fans were far from bed. Unclean bedsheets. No blankets.
