Everything was amazing. 10/10 for facilities and service from staff. The location was absolutely beautiful and we were lucky enough to experience the snow which made it even more magical.
The shower pressure in the bathroom could be better, but other than that we were happy!

The location is stunning with amazing views of Southern Drakensberg. The staff are friendly and there are some activities as well. There is a beautiful spa and the massages were great.
There was no aircon or fans in our chalet even though we asked for a fan in advance. The staff did eventually bring us a very small fan on the second day. We stayed at the Mountain View Chalet 501. The furnishings are very old and rudimentary but clean.
