Perfectly warm and cozy.
Beddings were synthetic and generating a lot of static electricity. Just lightly rubbing your hands to the blanket generated more energy than the nearby wind turbine.

Grossarl December 2022
Location is well placed, equidistant between the ski lifts and the village centre. Apartment is very well equipped and clean, there were even some basic necessities for cooking which meant we didn't have to go out and buy salt & pepper and other bits you usually end up wasting when bought for a few days only. Apartment had a very spacious living area with tons of leaflets of local amenities and (board) games to enjoy in the evenings Hosts were very responsive to messages and super friendly.
The sound insulation from the house above isn't great so you could hear every footstep from people staying upstairs - not necessarily something the hosts are responsible for though and quite normal for wooden houses The ski shed felt a little damp so in snowy/ wet weather our ski boots would have likely struggled to dry overnight
