Very nice and clean apartment, great location, friendly staff.

- The location is great and perfect both for summer and winter holidays (all other seasons as well of course 😉) - Billa market is just on the ground floor, very convenient - The apartment itself is specious and very clean, equipped with all the needed facilities and 2 balconies. - Steak house restaurant is on the ground floor, but there are also many other nice cozy places in the area - The staff is very friendly and always available in case of necessity

Beautiful spacious apartment, excellently equipped, great parking in the underground garage, on the ground floor of Billa's house, with a shopping trolley to the apartment without any problems😊. Right next to the cable car and a short walk to the local nice and cheap swimming pool. Really very nice, pleasant and helpful lady at the reception of the Kristall hotel, where check-in takes place.

excellent apartment for a longer stay

- excellent location, there is Billa shop downstairs and a Steakhouse restaurant opened until midnight - Cleanest place I've seen in an apartment. Everything like all of the cups and glasses smelled nice. - there is a large bed for 2 people and a small one in the living room for a child or small adult

Spacious apartment for a family with kids

Very spacious for couple, better book it for a family of four people. Clean and soulless like hotel room. Well equipped kitchen, 2 separate bathrooms and toilet, 2 separate bedrooms. There is a supermarket in the same building - very convenient.

No hand soap, we weren't ready for that.

Check in at the Kristall hotel went smoothly, the lady at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. The appartment itself is extremely spacious for two people with well equipped kitchen where you can find basically whatever you need during your stay. Our apartment was facing the green so no panoramic views but at least it was quite calm and peaceful. The location of the appartment is great, right next to the cable car, quite close to the centre of Grossarl and as a bonus there's a cozy restaurant located right downstairs as well as supermarket. The parking is also really convenient. Generally amazing value for money.

The mattresses were way too soft for us (but this is a matter of individual preference I guess).

Ideální lokalita pro zimní i letní pobyt.

Krásně vybavený apartmán, dostatečné množství kuchyňského vybavení, velká koupelna, samostatný záchod. Lyžárna se samostatným zamykatelným a vyhřívaným boxem. Ve stejné budově obchod Billa, lékárna a restaurace. Hned vedle (100 m) kabinová lanovka. Prostě ideální místo👍.

Parkhaus bezpośrednio pod mieszkaniem, dotarcie windą. Budynek zlokalizowany w centralnej części miasteczka. Jedyną odremontowaną częścią mieszkania była łazienka.

Apartament zlokalizowany nad sklepem Billa, w budynku znajduje się też policja, lekarz i inne usługi. Apartament, który otrzymaliśmy nie był mieszkaniem przedstawionym na zdjęciach w Booking. Pierwszy raz spotkałam się z czymś takim. Wyglada na to, że to jedyne mieszkanie, które otwierało się na klucz- każdy inny w sąsiedztwie był na karty magnetyczne. Apartamenty wokół były puste więc tym bardziej niezrozumiałe jest że dostaliśmy tak słabe mieszkanie. Ciemne, stare i nieodświeżone mieszkanie, najbardziej fatalny był taras obtoczony murem dookoła, a na dodatek nie sposobu było z niego skorzystać, gdyż wskakiwały na niego koty z sąsiedniego apartamentu. Zależało nam na balkonie, jaki był na zdjęciach oferty zamieszczonej na Booking. Stare sztućce, brudny narożnik, bardzo słabo działająca lodówka. Brud na kuchence i w lodówce, które musieliśmy sami wyszorować. Brak noży- tylko małe do owoców. Recepcja znajduje się w innym budynku na początku miejscowości. Zdecydowanie najgorsze mieszkanie w jakim przyszło nam nocować w Austrii, a jeździmy od wielu lat.
