A good place to stay in Alpendorf
All you need for a good stay in Alpendorf.
The rooms was not very clean, under the bed was very dirty, a lot of dust on the floors all over the place. The cleaning was done superficially inside. It is not the fault of the owner, probably the cleaning company does not do its job seriously.

Sehr schlechter Zustand der Wohnung
Die Lage der Wohnung war recht gut, allerdings sah man im Untergeschoss (für 12 Personen) nichts vom Tal
Die Unterkunft war in keinem guten Zustand: die Wohnung war weder ausreichend gereinigt, noch sauber gepflegt. Es roch vom Vormieter sehr übel nach Essen. Die Wände waren schmutzig und zum Teil der Putz heraus gebrochen. Die Küchenutensilien waren zum Teil kaum brauchbar (stumpfe Messer) und unvollständig. Am Kühlschrank war die Flaschenhalterung ebenso wie an den Terrassentüren die Griffe abgebrochen. Eine Lampe war kaputt und die Heizkörper im Bad beschmiert. Die Wände bräuchten zudem dringend neue Farbe. Auch wenn die Wohnung sonst gut gestaltet war, so mangelt er es an einer Pflege der Inneneinrichtung (die Bilder sprechen eigene Worte). Alles sehr bedauerlich, auch wenn wir Verständnis dafür haben, dass sich die zuständige Frau an der Hand verletzt hatte und selbst nicht ausreichend für Ordnung sorgen konnte. Dennoch war Sie sehr freundlich und in ihren Möglichkeiten sehr hilfsbereit.

De sleutelkastjes waren verstopt achter de vuilnisdeuren. Al had dit in de reisbescheiden gestaan hadden we eerder het appartement kunnen betreden.

Master bedroom was saai, koelkast stond niet in keuken maar in gang bij slaapkamer.

Vakantie in ruim appartement is redelijk verlopen. Het appartement had wel enkele tekortkomingen.
Het was een ruim comfortabel appartement. Goede bedden. Ruime badkamers.
- geen sleutel code ontvangen! - er is geen map/brief met info over appt: WiFi code, dokter ed - de vuilnis lag voor het/ ons raam en bleef een aantal dagen liggen - het lawaai savonds en sochtends voor de slaapkamers aan de voorkant (oa vuilniswagen) - het licht in de hal werkte niet - extra handdoeken voor 7 euro? Zelf gewassen voor 2euro per keer - chalet with a sauna is de naam: voor 6 euro per keer?! Shame on you
