While several restaurants are present at 2 km, the grocery stores and town center are 3 km away.

The ground-floor apartment has central heating. There is a modern living room with an open-plan kitchen, big enough for everyone to eat together. You can walk or rest in the sunshine in the shared garden. Children can romp to their hearts' content in the snow around the home. A sandpit play equipment, and table football setup is also present for kids. Parking is available.
