Stay local in Alfama! Deolinda central Home, amazing view

Very clean and well equipped apartment with nice views over the river. Excellent communication by the host. Good quiet location.

The very narrow and steep stairs to the 3rd floor are challenging and the doorways are quite low so it may not suit anyone who is very tall or has mobility issues. Although very comfortably the bedrooms are tiny although the main bedroom opens up to the main living area which has nice views over the cruise ship terminal.

The location was fabulous and the property was amazing. I've never stayed in such a historical building before and I loved it. Hanging the washing out has never been so much fun or so scary! Fantastic restaurants with Fado music just round the corner and easy walking distance into town and the train station and underground. The underground is super easy to use and Lisbon is great, such a lot to do. the owner was very attentive to our needs and that was appreciated. Perfect property for a couple looking for a city break.

The stairs to the apartment were a little steep but you expect that with a historical building. My partner with enourmous feet managed it very well. He also got used to bending his head down to get under the doorways! If it didn't have those things it wouldn't be the special place it is - just don't be surprised. It's unique!

Clean, cosy apartment with plenty of space and clothes storage. Great view and nice to be able to open windows for the breeze from the river. Good location close to restaurants, bars, supermarket and station.

The apartment is top floor so there are a lot of stairs. It was fine for us but might not be for everyone.

Property has loads of character and charm and located in a perfect spot close to train station, restaurants and shops. Paula was in contact before and during my stay to make sure everything was okay. She was very helpful and welcoming.
