The experience of a traditional apartment in Alfama was an experience I won't forget. Paula has gone above and beyond as a host with excellent communication.
The cruise ships docked out front and the crane but all of these were minimal pleasure inconveniences.

Kedves kis apartmam egy régi házban, csodálatos környéken. Nagyon autentikus. Jól felszerelt. Kedves, segítőkész házigazda! Csak ajánlani tudom ha helyi életérzést keresel. Gyalog és biciklivel minden könnyen elérhető. Jó pékség és vacsorahely a közelben.
A kávéfőzőhöz lehetett volna néhány kapszula bekészítve. A házban meredek a lépcső, nehéz felpakolni, de erre előre figyelmeztetnek , így teljesen ok.

Charming. Well supplied with kitchen equipment. Lovely views and great location. Communication with owner great. And she left a bottle of wine which as a nice touch. Very quiet street
We managed ok but I think if you have claustrophobia you might find the bedroom a bit small No windows but you do get light in from the lounge. The stairs were steep and narrow which we managed with cabin bags ok but dont think large suitcases would be easy.

Very clean and well equipped apartment with nice views over the river. Excellent communication by the host. Good quiet location.
The very narrow and steep stairs to the 3rd floor are challenging and the doorways are quite low so it may not suit anyone who is very tall or has mobility issues. Although very comfortably the bedrooms are tiny although the main bedroom opens up to the main living area which has nice views over the cruise ship terminal.
