The view Is amazing. Very close to a big bus/metro/train station. Everything looks quite new, the air conditioner works amazingly. The owner offered lots of suggestions & offered help if I needed it. The apartment has a kitchen fully equipped and cooking product such as olive oil, salt coffee, etc.
In two times I have had a close encounter with a cockroach. The apartment was pretty clean, even spotless, but there are a lot of construction sites around the building, so I wouldn't blame the owner/apartment.

Perfect location. Everything you need in the kitchen and bathroom ( coffee, tea, herbs, oil, wash.liquid, shower gel, shampoo, hair dryer).
Self check in/ check out.
Stairs - definitely not for people with limited mobility or with kids. If your bag is heavier then 18kg, it's might be difficult to get it upstairs. Noisy - the nature of the old building. Take your earplugs!!! No iron.

From the moment I booked the whole experience was fantastic. The staff answered all my questions immediately within seconds.. the comfort of the apartment is great. The location was perfect. And fast wifi.
Self check in was easy . The amount of cooking facilities was perfect.. I was also surprised to see basics supplied like coffee, tea, sugar and so on. Definitely one of my favorite places. And great value for money
The apartment is up 4 flights to stairs, they are narrow and steep. Not a problem for me but for some it might be

We needed somthing for one night near the train station and it was very close. 6min walk. Also had a nearby self washing station and luggage storage.
It was up four very narrow flights of stairs that were dark and the room was very tiny. The floors were load and there was all construction for our view. Very very loud construction. The beds and bedding were not great.
