Le logement est lumineux, certes au 4eme étage mais cela n’était pas du tout dérangeant. L’espace cuisine, salon est suffisamment grand pour 4 personnes et la douche est bien chaude. J’ai apprécié la literie dans la chambre avec le lit double.
La propriétaire était très réactive et très à l’écoute pour que notre séjour se déroule bien.

En revanche, la présence de bars juste en bas de l’immeuble peut entraîner du bruit le soir. Il a donc fallu dormir avec des bouchons d’oreilles et garder les fenêtres fermées, ce qui peut être contraignant lorsqu’il fait chaud.

La moisissure sur le mur du salon et l'odeur qui va avec.

Czyste, komfortowe mieszkanie wyposażone we wszystko czego potrzeba. W kuchni zmywarka, pralka, toster, ekspres do kawy, w łazience super wygodny prysznic i bidet. Na powitanie butelka wina, co jest bardzo miłe po podróży. Doskonała lokalizacja, w pobliżu sklep i mnóstwo uroczych restauracji.
Niestety sufit w łazience wymaga remontu - przecieka podczas deszczu i to do tego stopnia, że cieknie po plecach kiedy stoisz przy umywalce. Po trzech dniach deszczu łazienka dosłownie pływała w wodzie.

The apartment was comfortable, clean, well furnished. Good location close to St.Apolonia metro and train station, as well as bus 728 along the river Thesa to Paste de Nata cakes ... in relation to the sights and restaurants of Alfama, Graca.
In the description before booking I did not notice that the apartment is so high and without an elevator, so I had to carry my suitcases on the 4th floor by a narrower wooden staircase.
This apartment is suitable for young people, not for people in the best years ... and it is good for people who are not disturbed by the night life on the street and in the neighboring apartment.
