Liked the location to the old town. Not many places to eat in the surrounding area. Convenience store on the next corner. Large apartment. Coffee provided and lots of plates and cups. Comfy beds and clean sheets. Lots of storage space. Shower although small was powerful and hot. Needs a slip mat as shower tray quite slippery.
No microwave as advertised and no toaster which I requested but was told that they couldn’t provide. Asked to provide an £82 refundable fee for damage before they provided key entry details. This was returned on day of checkout. Wifi hit and miss. No bottle opener but had wine opener. No tea towel in kitchen but washing soap and dishwasher tablets provided.

Easy walk to old town with local shops very close Very easy check-in Response to queries very fast.
The heat was overwhelming uncomfortable day and night I had to keep all windows open day and night. No control on room storage heater. Reported on day 1 but no physical action by property. Photos were supplied It must be costing them a lot on energy bills and wasteful for environment

Nice and clean easy to get to
The sofa bed didn’t lay flat and would fold meaning you couldn’t lay on it. The radiator wouldn’t turn off and the front door leaked
