Location is definitely huge factor. Price was very affordable. Easy access to the property Many places to have nice breakfast nearby.
I didn’t realize that the room we were staying in, was the only one that didn’t have bathroom connected to it ( it was private bathroom but we needed to enter it from the corridor).

The location was good. the apartment was big, clean, and comfy
There was no hot water in the shower! The staff didn’t answer the messages and completely ignored them.
