No curtains/proper blinds - mornings were really bright

Awesome place in a cute old building. Check-in instructions were very clear. Within walking distance from the Main Square

Location was perfect. The apartment was comfortable and spotless.

Communication needs improvement. We were supposed to have received the instructions for checking in 24 hours before arrival. However, on the day of arrival at 17h we were at the apartment address with no idea how to get in. I called the property and they apologize and sent me a text with the codes, but it should have been done in advance. Likewise, we found out on arrival that check out was 10am (we had assumed it was 11) so I sent a message to the host to request late check out, and after reading the message nobody replied to us. They should have responded, even if it was to say that late check out was not possible, but we just waited for a response until the last minute and then decided to leave by 10. Also the kitchen does not have a stove. Maybe this can be seen in the pictures but since I saw a kitchen I thought we would be able to cook some breakfast. I was surprised to see there was only a fridge and microwave, but no "real" kitchen. It would also have been nice to have an extra chair (maybe foldable so it can be put away?) for when there are more than 2 guests. We were a couple with a small child but there were only 2 chairs at the table.

The location was good. the apartment was big, clean, and comfy

There was no hot water in the shower! The staff didn’t answer the messages and completely ignored them.
