All done via codes, sent by the host on the day of check in.
The bed sheets could do with replacing as a few holes here and there, also we were only given 2 towels for three guests.

The staff were extremely helpful - I left my phone at the apartment and they were so helpful in returning it to me in italy. Also the location was excellent, a short walk 5-10 minutes to the main square. Easy check in with easy to follow instructions.
Would not suit anyone with mobility issues - the bed was on a mezzanine with very steep stairs.

Comfortable, great location, towels provided, it was warm and relatively clean
The shower hose was broken, spraying more water from underneath the shower head than from the shower head itself, the kettle wouldn’t turn off on its own probably due to the large amount of limescale- both easy to fix (yet they were not)
