P&J Apartments Floriańska

Lovely apartment with all basic amenities needed. Staff weee super helpful and it is in a perfect location for site-seeing very central - literally 1 mins walk to the main square. We took advantage of the service of an organised transfer which was brilliant especially as it was late at night when we landed and the taxi driver took us right to the door of our apartment and made sure we had our key from the collection box as we arrived after reception had closed. That said it is very easy to get the train in the city centre and the apartment is only 10/15 mins walk from the station so now we know where we’re going we could save money on the taxi and get the train! Super easy and super safe in Krakow

The steps to the apartment! Lots of steps and no lift but it’s in a beautiful old building where I assume a lift cannot be fitted.

Near to the main square. Having 2 bathrooms made it easier for everyone. Apartment was spacious.

75 steps up to the apartment. Only 1 inadequate blind and 2 windows? Opposite the apartment were 2 night clubs so we were woken up several times in the night.

The location was awesome. It was close to everything and you could walk everywhere. We were close to bakeries and old town sightseeing. We were able to have a late night meal at the nearby townsquare which was wonderful. It was clean -- linen and generally speaking. washing machine was a bonus. Bathroom was very small.

It looked NOTHING like the photos. There was not an elevator and we had to move our heavy luggage up at least 20 steps. Not possible if you are not young and fit. The apartment was old and the furniture was old and worn. The shower caused some scorching incidents because it was highly delayed and so when you turn on the water, it feels hot, then adjust and the water gets burning hot very quickly. Just be careful. The beds were very low and soft. No support. There was a soft bed but there were no extra linen for the sofa bed. No water provided even though tap water is not recommended.

Property was not clean, there was dust collected over windows for several days. In the room some smoke smell was coming. In the evening and night we could not open windows because smoking from outside.
