Location, Size of the property, AC, the property is open space which can be positive but for some this also may be negative. There are some separating blinds you can use but still can hear everything
Some of the furniture is looking worn and could do with being replaced. There were no chairs or a table on the balcony, which was a little disappointing. In the early mornings, delivery drivers serving the nearby restaurants were very noisy, often talking loudly before 7:00 a.m. without much consideration for guests who were still sleeping.

De ligging was top
Te weinig beddengoed en handdoeken
Veel dingetjes waren kapot, bank was doorgezakt, droog rekken waren stuk, stopcontacten die niet werkte, veel schimmel in de voegen van de badkamer
