The room was very cosy, comfortable and homely. It was very clean and a great location as it is 10 minutes walk from the main square and Wawel Castle. Near a tram stop and about 20 minutes walk from a train station. Lots to eat nearby and the cafe downstairs is well priced with good food.
It's very close to a tram line so the trams are loud. If you're sensitive to noise when sleeping it will disrupt your sleep as the trams run from 5am and keep going until after 11pm. Very good earplugs and a white noise machine help but not totally. It may be a common problem in krakow but I booked it as many reviews said it was quiet and peaceful which were wrong.

Excellent location, close to all places of interest! Very clean and confortable room! What's more, there is a cafe downstairs, which serves very good breakfast and coffee!

Spacious room, perfect for our weekend stay. Bathroom facilities were lovely and clean and the staff were very nice. Felt very safe staying here and would definitely recommend to others.

Clean room, good location, easy access.
Bed was squeking with every movement, blanket was way too small for 2 people. Balcony door mechanism needs adjusting - holding the door with hand reduced sound from outside and air getting in significantly. Room doors and walls pass every sound from other rooms easily. We could clearly hear conversations between other people inside the building. The balcony door didnt help with quiteness too.
Room was not very warm, even tho radiator was turned up to a maximum, but it probably has to do more with central heating of the whole building. Thankfully the room wasnt very cold overall. Just needed that one or two extra degrees.
