Great location for exploring old town. Really lovely staff who were really helpful with any of our queries. Great service from start to finish. Thoroughly clean, warm and comfortable. Couldn't fault any part of our stay.

the hotel is very beautiful, the room is spacious and comfortable, The stay was delightful. The location is excellent close both to the old town centre and Wawel Castle,. interior and exterior design, warm swimming pool, hot jacuzzi (nice to sit there after the long trails), well equipped gym Thank you for all the hotel staff, the staff is very attentive and friendly We had a wonderful holiday in this hotel, we felt the care of the staff and their willingness to help, if we come to Madrid again, we will only stay in this hotel!"

Love the room and the concierge Monika is very helpful. But the maid forgot to clean our room despite putting up please clean room sign.
