Small hotel with excellent breakfast (not included, but worth the extra price). Huge, clean room! Mini fridge, hot kettle, tea and coffee included. Mini-bar provided with extra fee to use it. Beautiful tub with shower. Bathroom floor was heated and towel rack was also. Toiletries provided in room.
Staff was lovely. Provided us with a corkscrew and wine glasses when requested. Excellent suggestions for lunch/dinner restaurants for traditional Polish food and ready to help with anything needed! Reception available 24 hours.
Hairdryer provided in room and lovely, though tiny, outdoor sitting area. Some rooms have direct access to it. Also, hotel is only 2 stories, ground and 1st. Nice since there is no elevator!
Only cons are the shower curtain does not fit the tub in length or height, so it's very easy to get water all over the bathroom floor. And, if being super picky, towels are a little old and frayed. Obviously NOT a huge concern, but they don't match the elegance of the rest of the room.

Location is great… just a 10min walk to get across the park into Old Town.
Shocking staff - massive language barrier plus got screamed at by the reception staff on arrival for not being there on time for the airport transfer tried to explain it was not our fault our luggage was lost & we had to fill in forms & stuff… but it fell on deaf ears. We acknowledged that it not right of us to not inform the hotel when you are stressing out at the hotel that’s the last thing on your mind but it doesn’t warrant being screamed at on arrival.
Hotel rooms are subpar. Not like the pictures. For the price we paid we could have gotten better.
Breakfast was good not a vast variety though - continental breakfast only.
Beds are not as comfortable as the images.
All in all a decent stay but wouldn’t recommend it to my friends or family.
