Really nice rooms and clean!
Staff were super friendly and give us lots of info on arrival which was so handy. They even prepared us a little packed lunch for our trip to Auschwitz the next morning which was lovely. Location is perfect about an 8 min walk to the old town so such a great location

Very smart, clean, quiet, warm and welcoming hotel in an excellent location. The breakfast offers huge choice, all of which is superb - one of the best we have had. Staff were friendly and attentive. Perfect base for Wawel and central Krakow. Highly recommended.

Hotel was very clean, friendly helpful staff, great housekeeping team. Location is fantastic, short walk to the main square, river or castle.

a lovely boutique hotel situated near castle. Rooms large and comfortable. Breakfast had excellent selection - ask for omelette etc! Staff friendly and helpful with all transport arrangements. Wifi signal and speed good.
