I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my disappointment with the service we received during our recent stay at Radisson Blu Krakow.
We arrived at the hotel on 21 sep at 9:30 AM and inquired about an early check-in. The lady at the front desk was kind and mentioned that while our room wasn't ready, she would do her best to accommodate us. We appreciated her efforts and decided to explore the city while waiting.
We returned to the hotel at 2:00 PM, expecting that our room might be ready, if not earlier. However, a different staff member informed us that our room was still unavailable. To our surprise, during this time, we observed two couples arriving from the airport and immediately being provided with keys to their rooms. We approached another staff member at 2:15 PM to check once again, but were told that our room was still not ready.
It was quite shocking and frustrating to witness other guests being checked in promptly while we were continuously told to wait. Despite seeing yet another couple receive their room keys, it wasn’t until the staff member noticed our growing concern that she called us and gave us the room key, but only at 3:00 PM—the official check-in time.
We feel that the staff were unhelpful and unwilling to assist us, despite giving two other couples their rooms before 3:00 PM. This experience left us feeling that we were treated unfairly and that our time and comfort were not prioritized.
I hope you will take this feedback seriously and address this issue with your staff to ensure better and more consistent service for all guests.
