    no fancy facilities and not shops nearby except a convenient store with limited selection but comfortable enough and value for money

    Location near river good for a stroll to enjoy breeze. Also easy to get to old town and other attractions from hotel. Only one convenient store next door and service was poor. So get what you need while in old town.
