Atrašanās vieta - blakus veikals, netālu kafejnīcas, sabiedriskais transports, vecpilsēta pastaigas attālumā, netālu no stacijas. Patika interjers. Bija atstāta kafija, tēja,cukurs. Ērta vannasistaba. Logi uz pagalmu, klusums. Jutāmies gaidīti. Paldies saimniekam.

Telpās bija jūtama medicīnas iestādes smaka, bet pēc vēdināšas bija ok. Nevarējām uzreiz atrast durvis, kas ved uz apartamentu. Derētu norāde arkā. Pirmajā brīdī nobiedēja vārtu un pagalma izskats- veci koka vārti un izejot cauri arkai, skats uz pagalmu nebija tas labākais.

Un micro-ondes aurait été très utile . Appartement très poussiéreux dû aux travaux dans l'immeuble . Tous les matins réveillés à 7h30 par les ouvriers très bruyants sauf le week end . Double- rideaux à raccrocher .

Apartamento grande y cómodo, muy bien ubicado, camas cómodas y calentito. El anfitrión un encanto, nos invitó a unos vinos en su restaurante

Nos costó un poco encontrar el piso, pero nos ayudó un muchacho que estaba limpiando allí. La entrada del edificio es un poco “particular” pero el apartamento está genial

This is a two room flat in an old, run-down building, just outside of Kraków's very center. It is fairly large and has a private parking (not guaranteed) which is a rarity in this location (but good luck if your vehicle is wide - the gate was almost too narrow for a 2025 Toyota Yaris to fit in). Other than that, mostly drawbacks

Whilst the flat and the building may have their charms for some old Kraków afficitionados, I found it unfit for the purpose it is supposed to serve - accommodating short term visitors. The reason is that just under the flat's windows there is a deck at the first floor level, which serves as access to another flat. Looks like 19th century weird architecture, still it means that you are going to have people moving back and forth and lurking through your windows, day and night, a meter away from where you sleep. Apart from this being a source of considerable noise and other inconvenience, such as cigarette smoke, this is grossly unsafe - breaking in would be trivial, and you just cannot leave windows open at night. On the minor note, the equipment and decoration standard is low - equipment is run down and the place could be cleaner. This alone makes this apartament much overpriced.
