Location and clean.
Not good instructions how to open the mail gate. Even Chat GPT didn't understood their instructions. Wi-Fi poor, and there is no AC. When we called owner, he didn't speak good English and when we gave to him person speaking Polish, he didn't really know to speak polish too.
