Nice place, clean, cozy, very clear instructions on how to get in. I was there for a very short overnight stay, so I didn't use the kitchenette, but it looked well equipped.
Two minor gripes. First, my room faced the street, and there was a bit of traffic noise. Second, the wifi met my needs (email & checking a few web pages) but was slow by modern standards and might struggle with streaming video.

Clean apartment, comfortable bed, and a well-equipped mini kitchen — it had everything I needed. Good location. The balcony window faces a busy street, but with the windows closed, it’s not noisy.
The shower cabin was leaking. I was afraid I might flood the apartment below, so I tried to clean up the water.

"It was clean: bed, toilet, shower, kitchen and the entire room as a whole. It's easy to get to and you're on the 1st floor. Nice and warm too. Can't really find what's wrong with it :)"
