Хороший тихий район, рядом есть магазины. Я апартаментах есть все для комфортной жизни. Рекомендую к заселению.

Старый телевизор без возможности трансляции фильмов с телефона или подключения youtube - не критично, но не хватало для вечернего развлечения (смотрели чисто польские программы)

Położenie. Od starego miasta, dwa przystanki tramwajem, troszkę trzeba było dojść na przystanek, jakie 300 400 m. Ciche, ciepłe mieszkanko, z windą.

Troszkę mała łazienka i zepsuty termostat w małym pokoju, ale to problem na okres grzewczy, poza tym to ze jest jedna kołdra,wprawdzie jest duża, ale akurat spalam z mamą w jednym łóżku i wolałabym dwie mniejsze kołdry.

Firstly let me begin with the good points! The property was very clean spacious well lit and benefited from a nice balcony at one end and French Windows onto the street. The facilities were good to adequate. Kitchen is OK for short stays, but only has very basic amenities, which did not include a cork screw or bottle opener! The owners did supply one on request though but not without grumbling about it! The shower room is very good but lacking in shampoo as others have mentioned. Most reviews have praised the property and I would agree with most of what they have written. Communication with the hosts is very good but if you like us don`t use our phones much on holidays you might miss their queries for breakfast request.

Now the "bad" points. By far the worst point is the mattress which is absolutely rubbish and dangerous! The left side is OK but the right side has no support whatsoever and you will possibly roll out of the bed because it slopes down so much. The result was very BAD NIGHTS SLEEP and I ended up in hospital probably because of this. Others have also mentioned this in their reviews. I immediately informed the host about the problem, they sent an "engineer" to look at it and there was NO further acknowledgement or comment from them. Basically they did nothing! There were only 4 hangers in the inadequate cupboard, (storage for two people is totally inadequate) and they REFUSED to send any more! If one was staying in a hotel these problems would have been addressed on the spot. You can only tell how good a place is after it has been put to the test, and this place failed miserably! Other things to note is be aware there is no aircon and it gets very warm with no way of cooling. The layout of the rooms is far from ideal with the kitchen being in the main bedroom with the TV there, whereas the other room which is small only has a sofa and chest of drawers, only useful if you have a child sleeping there. They should have put the kitchen in the small room next to the balcony, an the sofa in the big room. The distance to the main centre is much more than 15min. walk! Street parking is NOT free anywhere in Krakow! The entry system and key access is OK once you have mastered the complexity! The entry keypad is badly lit at night! A washing machine would be far more useful than a dishwasher! Overall very disappointed with the place and service.
