Location was great
There were no tea/coffee provided although kettle was available and the place was not totally clean after previous guests. Empty beer bottles in the room

The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, including the washroom. The location is excellent—just a five-minute walk from the main square.
Even though they kindly assisted us with a self check-in—which they mentioned is not their standard procedure—having to pick up the keys from a different address (while not far, still a few minutes’ walk away) was not ideal.

The location of the apartment was great. Space was massive and great value for the price.
The pickup of the keys/check in was confusing. The email said the office is open 24/7, but its open 1500-2100, and you need to give give an estimated arrival time and let the office confirm. And the booking.com app already asked for an estimated arrival time but the email asks again. Also, it could do with a map of where exacrly to pick up the keys/check in since that was really difficult to find even though we were already at the address (4 Szewska).

The complexity to get the key at another place that is 20 min from there , the bed are noisy and insulation isn't existing meaning you here everything even the sound of shoes from people on the street . Housekeeping start early and don't give a sh** about making noise
