Очень чисто, приятно и комфортно.
Администратор говорил на английском с очень сильным французским акцентом. Было сложно понять простые фразы. Пришлось пользоваться переводчиком.

Die Lage ist perfekt. Bis zum Zentrum, Bahnhof und etc. kann man schön zu Fuß laufen. In der Nähe gibt es alles: ein wunderschöner grüner Park, Läden, Cafès, Friseursalons, Wechselstuben, die Burg, Galeria Krakowska.
Wir waren 9 Tage in der Unterkunft. Es gab nur 1 großes Handtuch pro Person! Es gab kein Geschirrtuch. Das Bettlacken rutscht immer. Die Matratze muss gereinigt werden. Es gab eine Waschmaschine, aber nach dem Waschen waren Flecken auf der neuen Kleidung zu sehen. Also die Maschine hinterläßt Spuren. In der Nähe gab es keinen Spielplatz für die Kinder.
