House of 100m ² with garden of 1000m ², 8mn from Annecy, lake, mountains, hiking.

Many toys (for girl and boy) and outdoor games for children (sandpit, trampoline, swings, slide, bikes ...).

3 bedrooms, one with double bed 160.

Kitchen, living room, 2 bathrooms, garage etc.

The beds will be made for you, you can leave them as is when you leave. There will be towels at your disposal. You can use shower gel, shampoo, etc.

Dishwasher, Washing Machine etc. are at your disposal, with their associated lozenges. Livebox television.

Nous avons passé un super séjour. La maison est très agréable et très bien équipée. Le plus c’est qu’il n’y a pas le linge de maison à rapporter et même les lits sont fait!! La maison est parfaitement située entre Annecy et la montagne. Le jardin est agréable. Je recommande vivement cette location.
