- Private swimming pool at the residence, unheated, open from July 1 to September 4, equipped with deck chairs and offering breathtaking views

The flat is ideally located in the centre of Veyrier du Lac, just a 10-minute walk from the lake and beach.
- Cycle path along the lake at the foot of the flat.
- Shops: bakery, greengrocer, supermarket, delicatessen, pharmacy... also at the foot of the flat.
Activities :
Go hiking in Semnoz, pedal along the shores of the lake, experience thrills with water activities (wakeboarding, private outings...), explore the local heritage on cultural visits (Lake Annecy Ecomuseum...), take to the skies on a paragliding adventure and stroll through Annecy's old town. Connoisseurs of fine cuisine can enjoy tailor-made gastronomic experiences thanks to our chef services (delivery, private chef...). All your activities and services can be organised by our local partner, an expert in personalised holidays.
Transport :
- The regular SIBRA 20 bus line, with a stop opposite the flat, provides easy access to Annecy city centre (around 25 minutes) as well as nearby beaches (5 to 20 minutes).
- Geneva international airport can be reached in around 40 minutes by car. Buses and private shuttles also run between Geneva and Annecy. For greater comfort, we recommend that you use taxis or VTC services.
- If you choose to come by car, a private parking space is available in front of the residence.
Other remarks :
- Entirely non-smoking accommodation
- Parties and noise pollution are strictly forbidden.
- Sheets and towels of hotel quality (4/5 stars) are provided. Beds will be made up on arrival. Tea towels and bath mats are also provided.
- Please note that this accommodation is offered for medium-term stays (minimum 30 nights) during the winter period from November to April.
For medium-term stays, your booking will require the signing of a contract (mobility lease or civil lease) in order to comply with legislation.
To do this, we will need some additional information (identity card, insurance, supporting documents).
Without a duly signed contract, we will unfortunately not be able to give you access to the accommodation. This does not affect the terms and conditions agreed via our website or via the various rental platforms.
On site, you will be personally welcomed by a representative selected by Cocoonr Annecy. They will show you the apartment, answer your questions, and hand over the keys.
