Very central and safe although it’s the party street , I heard no sounds in the room.

20 very steep stairs as you enter the property 😂it’s like a small victory when you get up there .

The breakfast was a continental breakfast and whilst good, nothing much for those who don't eat meat and no non dairy substitutes. The room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Location was very good for close proximity to nightlife, buses, shops and river. Loved the entry system which was a keypad.

Not all rooms had windows that enabled sunlight into the room. No English breakfast tea - only fruit flavoured - had to buy our own tea bags from local supermarket. Our room unfortunately looked out onto an office block which meant we couldn't keep blinds open, would have been better to have frosted / half frosted glass. At times we found tables hadn't been cleared and found it challenging to sit for breakfast. We also found the set up challenging as everyone was trying to squeeze into a corner breakfast table. Would've been better to have the tables along the wall under the TV.

The location is perfect, in the middle of the center. Very pleasant personnel, too.

Some hotelguests made a lot of noise at 2.00 AM.

They had a nice breakfast and a good location to see the sights.

They are located on a street with lots of pubs, so it is very noisy at night. Request a back room. Rooms are tiny.

Breakfast - varied, many choices of food in light airy room. Cereal, several breads( mine was still warm), savoury and sweet toppings, boiled eggs, juice, fruit, yoghurt etc

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They did their jobs well. I like the system of using a code to enter the building and the room.

We chose this place because others rated it "clean". It was the furthest thing from clean. The floor, the curtains, the mattress, the toilet, bathroom floor, windows, sill.. everything was dusty, grimy, or had a layer of grease. The entrance smelled like beer and cigarettes. As soon as we checked in we began sneezing, and so did all the rooms around us (and believe me when I say we could hear them all). The walls were so thin I could hear some guy who was almost whispering. Someone across the hall sneezed, my wife said "bless you", and the person then thanked us - from another room, with our doors closed. The sheets were too small for the bed, and would expose the mattress as soon as we touched the bed. And of course, the mattress was covered in stains. I understand the need for cutting costs, but what's so expensive about buying sheets that are big enough to suit the mattress? It is very clear that the owner of this hotel does not care about its condition, nor its guests. It is cheaper than other options, but definitely not worth it. I went to a bakery the next morning that had a lovely and clean bathroom, and I am sincerely saying I would rather have slept in that bathroom than at Hotel Jomfru Ane.

The central location of the hotel made it easy to get wherever I needed. The included breakfast.

Jomfru Ane Gade is a busy street for nightlife, so can be loud until late...but the hotel has thought of this and provides free earplugs 😀

Great location. Great value for money. Simple but nice breakfast. Friendly staff. Although parking is off site, it is extremely close and discounted for hotel customers.

Extremely small rooms and bathroom. No fresh air as windows open to internal room. Fan available but not sufficient to freshen air on warm day.

Not even an actual window towards fresh air, just a weird common area. No real ventilation or AC, just an incorrectly assembled fan that makes loud noises when you use it. If you stay in Aalborg I would recommend any other place over this

Central location, fortunately we had a quiet room not overlooking the street, so no noise problem. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Very comfortable beds. Good parking instructions by email, and the discount arrangements for the car park worked on exiting. Breakfast was good, although the coffee was not.

Our 'standard' room was tiny, I would seriously recommend upgrading to 'premium' if you are staying for more than one night as there really wasn't room to swing a cat. The hotel reception is up a very steep flight of stairs, so access is a real issue unless you are young and fit and don't have any luggage! The stairs up to the second floor are even worse.

Noisy in the morning.

Luckily we had a room not facing the street so it was quiet enough to get some good sleep. It was a nice, compact room - good value for money!

The hotel is right in Aalborg’s party street so I assume if you get a room facing the street it can get quite noisy.

The street where the hotel is located is the center center of party streets. Even in the middle of night you could hear the music and noise from the neighboring bars.

Everything was excellent. Clean room, perfect location. Very friendly personal. Good breakfast. And free coffee all day ☺️

Room was very warm when I got there. The bed was confortable

I was left 10 minutes waiting at the reception with no one to do the check in, even though I arrived at the time that I had booked for. Called the number they have available and was told they were shopping for some things and would come right up.

Great location in the middle of city center, good breakfast, and quite small but comfortable room. The staff was very friendly, during breakfast they keep refilling products, to make sure it's enough for everybody. Hotel has all you need if you are exploring the city or going out to the bars and just need a place to sleep and have breakfast. Overall great value for the money, compared to the prices around that location.

A lot of noise coming from the hallway through the night and poor noise cancelation in the room. We were staying here on the weekend, so there were a lot of noisy people coming in and out of rooms even in the middle of the night. Most of the rooms have windows not to the street but to hotel's lounge room.

The location was central and close to everything. Night life is just next door with some morning excitements😉. The facility is clean and the staff was gracious. Coffee was great and the common dining area is beautiful.

No lift, but not a big deal if you are able to carry your luggage up the stairs. They have a stairlift if needed.
