A nice flat rather than a luxury hotel room.

The breakfast was good and the staff were very helpful.

It cost a lot and we expected a fancy hotel room, however when we arrived we were disappointed to find that it was simply a flat that was being used as a hotel room. So we expected a luxury hotel but got an air b'n'b. The whole flat is controlled by an ipad - which I'm sure would be fine if you are familiar with apple products. We are not, and so we couldn't work out how to turn the lights off. It just seemed over complicated and made us feel stupid. We stayed on a Friday night, it was noisy outside when we went to bed and we were woken early by noisy works at ground level.

Great personalized stay in Aalborg

From the greeting we had from the owner, to the individualized decorations in our suite, to the gourmet dinner prepared for us and the sumptuous breakfasts, we could not have imagined a more special way to spend a couple of nights. This was a really unique experience for us, and anyone traveling to northern Jutland would do well to try to stay here.

Looks great but need to clean rooms and put fresh towels in each day to be 5 star.

Breakfast was very good and served in the suite - we had booked both suites and thought they would be next to each other as we were travelling with the whole family but they were in different buildings so we were expected to go to the suite closest to the restaurant with lift access for breakfast even although the other suite had more room and would have been easier for us - I appreciate it was easier for the staff but it was a bit less convenient for us. The suites were very nice and were very well located for the centre of town.

I asked for clean towels for our rooms on the second day and ordered breakfast for 8am the following day - neither messages were passed on so no clean towels and no breakfast in time for my sons before a meeting. Had to go round to the kitchen door of the restaurant to ask a kitchen aide if we could get breakfast. On check in were told to phone down if we required anything - this was not possible as they were only there during restaurant hours so if we needed anything before 9am not possible - this also had to be done on our mobile phones. Glad we did not get locked out or have any issues after closing time.

Best in Town - intet at klage over

Vi har nu været der flere gange det sidste halve året og er super begeistret hver gang. Alt er perfekt og servicen helt fantastisk og enestående. Og morgenmaden som er inkluderet i overnattingen, der bliver servert på værelset er av ypperste klasse og kvalitet. 10/10 fra os :-)

Måske lidt bestik og etpar tallerkner og/eller et fad til lidt snacks. Fyrfadslys må også gerne ligge i skuffen ;-)

Klart bedre oplevelse første gang. Men den lækre lejlighed og den søde “morgenmads-tjener” og meget lækker morgenmad gjo

Skønt med plads og smuk indretning. Tjeneren som kommer om morgenen, både ved mit forrige ophold og i går, trækker helt klart oplevelsen op - hun burde få en medalje. Så service-mindet, sød og imødekommende og serverede fantastisk morgenmad!!

Meget larm om natten fra gaden. En ansat som ikke ligefrem indbød til hverken hjemlig følelse eller hygge. Mere kold, hurtig og faktuel. Følelse af hotellejlighed, hvor nøglen blot skulle overgives og så videre… hvilket også er grunden til, at jeg desværre har afbestilt mit næste ophold.

Sono stato lasciato fuori dall'hotel nonostante avessi già pagato il soggiorno e avvisato tramite booking alle ore 20:00 che, a causa della cancellazione del mio volo, sarei arrivato in ritardo. La struttura dichiara di accettare check-in fino alle 0:00 e il ristorante annesso riporta come orario di chiusura le 2:00. Tuttavia non ho ricevuto nessuna risposta e ho dovuto cercarmi un altro hotel dove dormire. Il giorno successivo ricevo un messaggio via booking in cui vengo informato che loro non rispondono a messaggi dopo le ore 18:00. Riesco a parlare con il titolare solo due giorni dopo e mi dice di contattare booking al telefono per esporre la mia lamentela. Inoltre, si rifiuta di farmi avere la fattura del mio soggiorno in quanto sostiene, contrariamente a quanto riportato sul portale, che sia booking a doverla emettere. Ho spiegato che viaggiando per lavoro avevo bisogno della fattura per ottenere il rimborso dal mio ente, ma non c'è stato nulla da fare. Non mi era mai successa una cosa del genere in tutta la mia vita. Pessima esperienza.

Et fabelagtigt hotelophold!

Fantastisk hotel! Virkelig lækkert og smagfuldt indrettet! Pragtfuldt med spa på altanen! - Maden var suveræn! Utrolig veltillavet, velsmagende og smukt anrettet, og betjeningen var helt i top! Hotellet lå midt i byen, tæt på alt - bedre beliggenhed fås ikke!

Vi kan desværre ikke klage over noget som helst!

Fantastisk at blive opgraderet,forventede et ‘alm værelse’tak for det og vender helt sikkert tilbage

Vi blev opgraderet til Zack it up suite, overraskende. Fantastisk med romaskine og massagestol. Bacon og æg, supert, bedste croissant smagt i lang tid. Vi havde et par skønne dage og tænker på gensyn. Bedste hilsner Gitte og Preben

WIFI var ikke optimal, måtte bruge vores internetdeling Meget lydt fra gennemgangsporten Morgenmad dejligt i suiten, men hvidt brød under standard. Kom fra B&B i Fly, hvor alt var fantastisk. Ikke optimal rengøring i badeværelset. Men…. Alt i alt, vi var tilfredse. Tænker konstruktivt kritik er bedre end ingen😊 Bedste hilsner Preben og Gitte
