The location was good and central, the flat itself was actually nice, it was clean enough and the encounters we had with cleaning staff were ok.

We booked this place because it had a convenient location and good rates for rooms, which allowed us to book 4 rooms for the 8 people in our group, ensuring the neccesary privacy. The day before arrival we were informed that they had overbooked and we were instead being offered "an entire flat" with just one deluxe room, one standard room and one sofabed in the kitchen. When I explained that we needed 4 different rooms, they offered to cancel the entire booking, which was not an option for us the day before arrival. I accepted the flat, and tried to find another room for the last member of our group. Whilst looking for at room on booking.com,I became aware that they were still offerering deluxe double rooms on their web site. I confronted them over this and they were able to find another room -however they expected me to pay extra for this, which I declined, pointing to the fact that I already paid for 4 rooms. I got back to them to get a confirmation that our friend would get a private room, they said yes, but just for one night! I told them that that was not acceptable for us and asked for a refund for one of the rooms, so that I could book another option for our friend. They refused, saying they were losing money over my lack of understanding! And again offered to throw us all out, in order to get a refund! Very rude and intimitating, unlike anything I have experienced before. I booked another place for our friend, only to be told a few hours later that now they had found an option for our friend. This is on the day of arrival! I could not cancel the other room, and at this point we were really stressed by the communication with the host, so we just informed them that we would not be using the option they had provided. We felt really intimidated and tried to keep contact at a minimum, even though we had to ask for basic amenities such as one towel each, cutlery, plates and cups for each person etc. There were also private items in the kitchen cupboards.

Rooms absolutely reeked of cigarette smoke. Was not the room I ordered. Hosts refused to respond.

Big rooms for the price. Great locations. Clean. Good looking rooms. VERY comfy bed.

Great location, Nice looking kitchen (I didn't use), Comfortable bed, nice and clean. Great price too for Ålborg.

No liquid soap in the bathroom.

Allt var super fint.

Dejligt sted. Rummeligt. Friske farver og god service da jeg kom tidligt. Ekstra bonus. Stort tv med underholdning for alle. Vi kommer gerne igen og min veninde vil bestille det sammen med en bekendt. Hun var også meget tilfreds.

Der var ikke noget vi ikke kunne lide.

Ingenting, book aldrig dette sted, det er en lusket lejlighed hvor du ikke ved hvem du kommer til at bo sammen med.

Lejligheden var fin. Rimelig pris. Central beliggenhed.

Vi booket deluxe værelse med dobbeltseng, men fik standard queen værelse med sovesofa. Udlejer var uhøflig og prøvede at bortforklare fejlen, da vi klaget på at indtjekningen ikke var som planlagt. Rengøring var ikke optimal. Sengen var meget blød. Deler badeværselse med andre.
