The mattress was stained .Ugly wee /sperms stains ? I folded the duvet do did not have to sleep near them . Surely housekeeping check these things . Tired worn shower curtains .Could do with a bathroom revamp .

the value for money is not really good. its quite pricey for what you get, also you need to pay parking yourself, the breakfast was quite simple

The staff were very helpful. The room was spacious. The location was good.

The bathroom was very poor. A Junior suite with only a standard size bath with shower / bath connection and a shower curtain. A Junior suite should have the minimum of a large dedicated shower. The Junior suites are on the 3rd floor, but the lift only goes up to the 2nd. Whereas this was not an issue for us, it may well be for elderly guests, or ones with physical issues. It should be stated, when interested parties are looking to book a suite.

Aalborg is nice city

Hotel is located near the fjiord, the room is good for families, as well as the breakfast. Parking also near the hotel but is not free. It is 10 minutes walk to the city center.

The only thing I didn't like is that the hotel is situated very closed to the road with rather intesive straffic, and the family rooms just look on it withwindows, so during the night, if you open the window it could be noisy. So, I think it should be discount on such rooms.

A bit care of detailed cleaning woud raise the quality amd include breakfast in the already relatively high rost

Could be cleaner in the edges and wall. Next to the toilet- the shower head was completely stuffed with lime That breakfast was not included was a surprise

Noise from the street. Also 1st reservation was cancelled (I believe by Booking.com, not by the property) and it was a bit time consuming to rebook the room. But the staff were very helpful!

The hotel does not have its own parking, although there is quite a bit of parking around it, there are time limitations, forcing to move the car around, not ideal for tourists.

Very nice place in a fantastic location for a good price.

Very nice breakfast. They even have a selection of vitamins for you! Large open area. Nice lobby. I could park very close by behind the hotel. Fantastic location close to waterfront and the old town area. Very eco-friendly place too.

Only streaming services available on TV and you need your own membership. The room was pretty small.

One relaxing night near to center of Aalborg and its beautiful waterfront.

The central location is near the waterfront, the beds are very comfortable, the hotel cares a lot about the environment, and the gym.

The hotel has not its own parking, so we had to pay to park in front of the hotel.

Great hotel which can make a few improvements for the rooms which "face" the sun

Friendly staff, clean, good location, nice breakfast and cozy in the evening

The room had no aircondition and was extremely warm, even if we kept the window open, and shaded as much as possible from the sun. Unpleasant to (try to) sleep in the heat. And the breakfast ended at 9.30, which is an hour too early 😇

the hotel is lovely, truly, just don’t expect to be able to work the to system

we caught some live jazz being played one afternoon, the location is stunning, breakfast had a lot to offer, didn’t try the cocktails but the lounge and bar area are all pretty plush too

the tv system sucks you either have to cast or log in to your own apps or pay for film

Disappointing

very loud, heard the next room brushing their teeth, and went to the toilet. Paid for late check out but was woken up by reception to remember check out. Something I pay to avoid.

Super location, good value for money.

The location of the hotel is really great, situated between the sea front and the beginning of the pedestrains area. The surroundings offer lot of nice locations for shopping and food. Airport can be reached within a few minutes. Lobby area is beautiful and offers a fancy place to have breakfast or a drink.

The room was not as clean as expected. Corners and have been really dusty. There is no cabinet in the room. The room we stayed was a 4-bed family but except a small board there is no place to put clothes. Bunk beds are quite hard.
