The bed was good, the rest was just okay, would be better if it was 200 kr less then

Access to the doors with some long number and when asking for a simple iron, I was asked to provide and leave my ID. This is too much and no one should be asking to keep someone's ID. Who needs this damn old iron, no one would steal it.

The hotel’s location in the heart of Aalborg made it an excellent choice for my stay, whether for business or leisure. Being just a five-minute walk from the central train and bus stations was extremely convenient. The room was clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable throughout my stay. I especially enjoyed starting the day with the generous breakfast buffet, and the 24/7 self-service facilities added extra flexibility. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always willing to help, which really made the experience stand out. Overall, the hotel offers great value for money and is a practical, comfortable option for anyone looking for cleanliness, convenience, and a central location in Aalborg.

There was really nothing to complain about during my stay. If I were to make one small suggestion, it would be to consider adding some warm options to the breakfast buffet, which could further enhance the overall breakfast experience.

Fine for a night or two

It was very well organised, albeit a little confusing for me, but once I understood the process it’s great! More importantly, the first night was terrible because our furnace continuously made a droning noise and the thermostat LED shone in the mirror which bounced back into my husband’s eyes. He finally put a sock over the thermostat to solve the problem. I told the manager in the morning and he switched our room, which was great! No noise, great night sleep. Sock on thermostat before bed 😉

The breakfast was standard fare, but expected. Thankfully a Rema 1000 was across the street, otherwise no food establishments were close. Normally that wouldn’t be a problem, but it was FREEZING cold and slippery so walking wasn’t a great idea. Obviously, nothing the hotel could fix.

Great hotel!

The hotel was really good. Especially for the price. Location was really good and staff was nice.

We had a lightbulb go out and it was the main one in the room so it was really dark. They couldn't get anyone for another few days but they just put us in another room that was identical. It was done in less than 10 minutes.

De incheckprocedure is echt een drama. Elke keer anders en daardoor niet fijn. Het lijkt per receptiemedewerker te verschillen en daardoor erg irritant en omslachtig. Eigenlijk klantonvriendelijk. Ik vind het ook niet passend bij de look & feel van dit hotel. Goede kamers en uitstekend ontbijt.

Goede locatie op loopafstand van het centrum, ontzettend vriendelijke receptionist, goed ontbijt.

Ik vond het jammer dat er geen mogelijkheid was om op de kamer thee (of koffie) te zetten. De kamers zijn best krap.

Dejligt hotel, rent, venlig receptionist, dejlig morgenmad i dejlig lyst lokale.

Døren til værelset var forbløffende tung. Svær at holde åben og manøvrere en tung taske ind. Der var ikke mulighed for at lave kaffe på værelset, derfor synes vi at kaffeautomaten i receptionen kunne være billigere. 40 kr pr kop er temmelig meget.

Pænt og rent. Fin indretning i neutrale farver og stil. Nyt og uden ubehagelige lugt som ofte opstår når værelserne har en vis alder.

Lyset på badeværelset var for hårdt og klinisk til at give en følelse af ro og afslapning. Elkedel på værelset havde været et stort plus.

Op wandelafstand van het centrum. Ontbijt was tip-top in orde. De kamer was in orde , netjes - goede bedden - geen storende geluiden - ... Zeer vriendelijk personeel , zowel aan de balie als aan het ontbijt . Parking (wel betalend) aan het hotel .

De kamer was nogal klein ....

Gehdistanz zum Bahnhof und zum Zentrum. Sehr freundliches Personal und unkomplizierter Check In. Hundefreundlich. Einige schöne Parks in Gehdistanz, auch ideal für den Hund. Absolut sauberes Zimmer und Badezimmer inkl. Dusche! Excellent. Ruhig trotz Strasse in der Nähe. Supermarkt gegenüber.

Ein Kühlschrank im Zimmer wäre top, kann aber auch daran liegen dass ich das billogste Zimmer hatte. Ansonsten NICHTS zu bemängeln.

Posizione perfetta per andare in centro a piedi o prendere bus visto che la fermata era sotto l’hotel. Camere pulite e accoglienti. Personale gentile e disponibile.

Ein sehr nettes Hotel mit gutem Preis-Leistungs-Verhätnbis

Das Personal war ausgesprochen nett. Die Zimmer sauber und bequem. Es war alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Das Frühstück war sehr umfangreich und gut. Das Hotel ist gut erreichbar und auch im Zentrum ist man zu Fuß in 10-15 Minuten oder man nimmt einen Bus direkt vor der Haustür. Nebenan befindet sich ein Supermarkt. Das WLAN funktioniert auch einwandfrei.

Das Angeben aller Daten beim Onlinecheck-in für die ganze Gruppe war etwas mühsam. Die Zimmercodes sind auch nicht die einfachste Methode, um eine Tür zu öffnen.

Das Zimmer war etwas klein bzw. unpraktisch, was aber vermutlich am Bau des Gebäudes liegt. Der Parkplatz war im ersten Moment schwer zu finden und die Parkgebühren sind pro Nacht auch eher im höheren Preissegment.

Beliggenheten var ikke så sentrumsnær som var beskrevet. Enkel frokost. Reagerte på at et personal v frokosten ba om å få god skår på nettet uten hun hadde gjort noe uten om å si god morgen. Vi opplevde henne som litt for pågående etter tilbake melding

Ruhig, sehr sauber, alles wirkt recht neu. Gute Lage am Rand der Innenstadt, Parkplätze gehen Gebühr direkt vorm Zimmer.

Es war sehr sauber, geschmackvoll und modern.

Zuwenige Parkplätze am Hotel. Das Zimmer war sehr klein, konnten keinen Koffer ohne das er im weg war stellen, Kühlbox musste ins winzige Bad Zu allen Seiten laute Straßen, direkt an einer großen Kreuzung
