Super friendly staff during check in and during breakfast . Breakfast is great and good quality. On-site parking available but needs pre booking at Hotel. Careful with street side parking as it is paid parking during the day City centre close buy and just 1 minute away from the train station

The breakfast offered a satisfactory start to the day. While quite basic, it provided a decent spread including a selection of breads, eggs, sausages, pastries, various cheeses, hams, and jams. The coffee machine offered both coffee and hot chocolate, though I personally didn't find the beverages particularly enjoyable. A major highlight was the exceptionally friendly staff, who were always eager to assist with any questions. The location is truly excellent, directly opposite the train station and just a short walk from the city center.

My biggest oversight was not noticing the lack of air conditioning when booking, which proved challenging during a summer stay. Regarding cleaning, I requested service on Wednesday (mid-week for our Sunday-to-Sunday stay), but only the towels were changed, and the bed was partially made. Given other reviews I'd read about cleanliness, I decided not to pursue it further. Our "apartment" was unfortunately located behind the hotel, right in the parking lot and adjacent to the smoking area. This meant that with windows open due to the summer heat, we experienced constant noise and smoke infiltration from the yard. Considering all these issues, the amount I paid for this stay felt far too high; half the price would have been more realistic.

Everything is great except bed

The service at the hotel is great. The location is amaizing.

I ordered a double bed, but ended up receiving two beds pushed together, and they kept sliding apart. It was terrible.

Very nice stay. The location is the best. It is 3 minutes away from the train station and 5 minutes away from the city centre. The staff is really nice, friendly and helpful. The breakfast is really good.

Very hospitable gentleman on reception at check in, amazing breakfast buffet, and fantastic location on the fringes of old town. A perfect place for exploring the best attractions of Aalborg on foot, with plenty of restaurants, supermarkets, and public transport options nearby. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Aalborg and hope to visit again one day!

perfect location, near railway station, downtown, markets, restaurants,etc.. Friendly staff, ready to help you ( especially Kemil). Very, rich breakfast, with everything. The room is small but well arranged with everything you need, very clean (every day cleaning), comfy beds.

Great stay at this superb hotel!

There’s nothing I like more than an old fashioned that’s not under those big chains! Service here is exceptional. All the staff that I’ve met take pride in their work. Love it that the room and bathroom are big enough to feel comfortable. I can even roll out my yoga mat in the room! Kettle and cups are available in the room. It is only a 2 min walk from the train station and 5 mins away from the central. Room is kept clean daily with beds made properly. Grateful for the breakfast included that has scrambled eggs and a variety of cold cuts.

Quiet hotel in excellent location

Very quiet. Excellent location across the road from the train station. My train was delayed but the receptionist arranged a self-check-in for me. Good breakfast. I was able to leave luggage at the hotel while I explored the town.
