The staff was extremely friendly, the room was clean and the bed extremely comfortable. The location was also good right by the bus and train stations.

Hotel is very difficult to access by car We received only a single room although a double has been booked It was very difficult to get in contact with the personell

Nice zleep

Very nice place to sleep, a bit expensive for 1 person i night. But very nice hotel. The cheapest 1 in the city that day. Thank you for great service and a nice bed.

Amazing

Amazing and very clean place! The parking is safe, and there is an electric charger available. Furthermore, the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating.

Very poor

The room only had one pillow and a blanket for 1 even though the room was booked for 2 persons. No other pillow was found in the hotel so I slept without a pillow for 2 days. But worse thing was that the shower gel was empty as well. It wasn't refilled even after reception said it will be refilled. Totally disapointed.

Good location and the entrance seems very modern and cosy.

Came around 10 pm in the evening to check in, waited while there was a person in front of us, to get a response to use the machine. It wasn’t very nice. I assume prices in Denmark are sky high, but it would be nice if the breakfast was included in the price without having to pay extra for it. The room was super small, it didn’t feel nice, however, as it was only one night, we managed it.

Close to the train station, and after having encountered many delays we arrived just before 11pm in Aalborg. So happy this hotel was close to the station and still open.

Everything available. Nice breakfast buffet. Clean place.

Self-check-in difficult to handle. Virtual key board is covering the user interface. Parking difficult to find. Walk way back to the hotel also difficult to find (at least when arriving at night). Hand-out map not detailed enough.
