This hotel was close to the train station and close to the historic center of town. I booked a single room which was a great size and had a window that looked out onto a courtyard and had a great view of the Budolfi Spire. Free coffee and fresh fruit all day! Also cake available in the late afternoon to go with your coffee. Very friendly staff..

Good walking location to city central, spacious room, fair variety of breakfast. Extra touches for kids were great. Reception and staff are very friendly
A bit hard to keep the bathroom floor from getting too wet. Curtains were there but can’t provide much privacy unless we use the blinds (then the room is dark).

The market for a clean, well-kept ,value hotel is under served. Milling fits this bill well. I'd gladly book here again when I'm in Aalborg.

Staff was very helpful and friendly
Breakfast was very chaotic. Most of the items ran out before we could get to them.

Clean and staff is good
Small parking, prebooked. I arrived late and tired and still needed to find parking.
This time it was a nightmare to reach the hotel. The bridge was closed. You expect a note from the hotel to advise an alternative route, But unfortunately there was nothing and we spent an hour in the middle of the night to figure it out.

The staff was very helpful through our my stay. Gave recommendations on where to eat, how to get places , printed my train tickets everything and very friendly too.
Rune, gentleman at front desk was so very informative on the area and extremely helpful with everything.
Wish there was an ice machine verses getting ice by the glass. It may be a European custom, I'm just use to having a machine available and bucket in room for ice in USA.

Nice location and good rooms and good breakfast
The women working in the reception was very rude, as soon as we got there she was rude but also when we asked her basic questions. She was very rude when we asked for extra glasses and ice cubes.

Great Staff, clean linens.
The room smelt as it was on the ground floor. . Loud disco music until 4 am and the street light shinning directly on the window (blinds didn't help) . Low flow shower.

The staff is a real diamond in the crown: very helpful, polite and ready to go the extra mile to make the hotel guest feel good.
The hotel offers an excellent breakfast for everyone's taste. Tea, coffee and cocoa are available all the time at the lobby, and cakes are served with coffee in the afternoon.
The hotel would certainly benefit from the loving hand of a decorator, as it is quite shabby, with little light in the rooms.

The receptionist was very friendly, and since we were traveling at 6:00 I'm the morning, we got a little bag for all 4 of us with crossaints, apples, pears and Nutella which we could take with us:)

We loved everything of our stay, starting from the rich and varied continental breakfast and the kindness and availability of the staff. The room was clean and cozy, we slept good sleeps and got well rested after our exploration of the city. The position is excellent, the city center is just around the corner and it's strategic to the public transport. Another plus to the list is the complimentary coffee at the reception: exactly what we needed at our arrival after an early wakeup! We sipped it sitting on the comfy couch in the lobby, and immediately felt welcomed and on holiday :D
The room was really tight, but we only needed it to shower and sleep, therefore it was well suited for our needs. A larger room would be advised for longer stays.
