It was a very pleasant stay and definitely a place I will stay at and recommend to others.

The staff were all very friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was good!

The shower was very small and could do with a bit of an upgrade…..remove the shower curtain and put a glass door there.

Just a stop over bed

Reception staff after 12 hours on the road. To be put in a disabled room with no Air Con with out explanation. Then told after questioning it, its because there will be parties in the streets till 5am as its graduation night.

Got what I expected.

the hotel is well located, a few meters from the center. walking distance to restaurants, own parking garage for guests at cost of course. good restaurant. VERY FRIENDLY staff

very cloese to the bar street, which might be an issue if you want to open the window during the night. the parking garage is small so you might need to go to the roof parking lot --> Not clearly described how to find it, if you ahve not been there before.

One night stay is ok but not worth for the money if you stay longer!

Location and cleanliness

Clicking and cracking floor in the room with outstanding noises, small and outdated bathroom for such a chain hotel, very old building that need a big renovation to serve guests better, parking area with no AC charging station for electric cars (only for Tesla!) so not comfort for late arrival guests that need car charge while sleeping! Parking is also quite expensive 145DKK for one day!

The room was quite comfortable, breakfast had a good range of options.

During the night, there was a lot of noise and sounds due to which it was quite difficult to sleep.

Vey good location but the bathrooms are very tired.

The location is very good and central, the groundfloor was very nicely decorated for christmas and the breakfast was very good indeed. Nice touch with the small balcony/terrasse.

The Bathroom didn't live up to any of my expectations. I didn't imagine that this was Radisson Hotel style with a so worn down fixtures etc. The television with only very few channels, and windows without any sound isolation from the street.

For the most part, I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. But the hotel should fix the plumbing problems!

The location was a pleasant 10-15 min. walk from the train station, the room had a nice view, the breakfast was decent, and a few of the staff members in the reception area were helpful and friendly.

The bathroom was quite small (the shower sprayed water all over the floor), and there were also plumbing problems in the bathroom (causing a clogged toilet), which however was quickly fixed.

Central location and lots of great restaurants in the area to explore on foot. Great view of the city river from the room in the 4th and 5th floor :) Great breakfast Very friendly and helpful staff. Free Tesla destination Charger.

Excellent location

The location was great right in the city centre and everything within walkable distance. The airport was 20 min away by bus. The lobby was nice and the casino was fun and free entry for hotel guests.

The bathroom was very small for a raddison and outdated and it didn't have a lock which was very weird although you could just close the door and let your party know you was going to the bathroom beforehand.

Top hotel at sentrum of Aalborg.

The hotel deliver as expected - all the way :-) Location in town senter and few min walk ti "everything". Staff on hotel very friendly , breakfast as expected and how it should be in this quality hotel. Not often a hotel gets 9 from me + top+ smile of the rest of the evaluation. Would gladly recommend this hotel, dont thing you wil be disapointed :-)

The breakfast spread was very good. The location is great. Easy to drive around from the hotel. Also easy to walk around the city from the hotel.
