Modern hotel with easy walk through park to railway station. 15 mins or so to town centre. Large room with good storage space and reasonable view. Breakfast good - very different offering to other hotels on our Scandinavian trip.
Unable to alter room without contacting reception - bonkers. Annoying lift machinery noise in room 627. Probably same in 626,628,629.

not much really. the product is very tired unfortunately, a complete redo is due.
front desk staff was friendly.
-old mattresses with a whole in the middle. -extremely old towels!
-breakfast staff is totally untrained for the work they are doing.
-breakfast itself is pretty basic (think about a breakfast of a 3 star hotel)
