Loved the location. Loved the convenience of having the restaurants, synagogue next to the room. I just wished I had a key instead of the electrical key for the door.

There were mosquitos in the room when I got there. The electrical fob door opener.

Although the check in office was on the next block, the staff were wonderful and assisted with our bags. The room was larger than expected and the bed was really comfortable. This is situated in the heart of the Jewish Ghetto and is a 5 minute walk to Largo Argentina (taxi area), the Pantheon and Tiber Island and 10 - 15 mins from many more sights. There are many restaurants on the street and there is a great cafe (Modo Cafe) right next door. Perfect location! Would definitely stay there again. Noteworthy: The taxi will not bring you to the door. It is better if they drop you at the Synagogue as it is very close to the rental office.

The reviews I read indicated that this property had an elevator. It did not, however the people at the rental office were wonderful and arranged for our bags to be delivered to our room (on the 3rd floor). The location of the demand water heater is a bit tricky with getting in and out of the shower but the room was so great that this was insignificant overall.

First of all, the location is great. Main attractions were approachable by foot. It was easy walk and then return to the hotel if we gelt tired. We really enjoyed that there is self check-in and how everything was explained in details so we had no problem even when arriving very late at night. The neighborhood felt very safe and the cafe just below was so convenient.

Everything was great but would love to have bathroom set like toothbrush and toothpaste. Also, we had first floor which was great but would be a little bit hard for others upstairs because there is no elevator.

Location was excellent.

The mattress of the bed was very old and sank in the middle making the bed very uncomfortable. The heating in the bathroom did not work. Requests to refill soaps and shampoos had to be made twice. Linens and towels were not changed when requested. In the end towels were brought (bath towel only, not hand towels) but linens were not changed the entire 5 night stay.
