Idyllic winter vacation

Great host, helped, advised and was available. Modern, cozy, clean appartement. It had everything for 3 nights and easily for more. Room was on ground floor and location of building is perfect. The views are incredible. We were able to fill EV on request.

Excellent for skiers

We were absolutely delighted with our stay in this apartment. The host was incredibly friendly and welcomed us with a delicious platter, which immediately put us in a good mood. The location is excellent for skiers, as the apartment is an ideal starting point for skiing activities. The apartments are beautifully arranged and provide everything needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals. What's particularly noticeable is the attention to every detail, as the decoration and arrangement of the space are exceptionally well done. The cleanliness and amenities were of a high standard. We highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Big, warm apartment with amazing views and a lovely host.

A big clean apartment with amazing views of Austrian Dolomites. Attention to detail from the host is amazing - from the fully equipped kitchen to a welcome meal in the fridge and candles that greet you in the bathroom. Everything was perfect and well above expectations. Would 100% come again and highly recommend you to visit. The location is in the middle of the village, a short 7min car ride to the city of Lienz where you can find big grocery stores, restaurants and nightlife. Closest ski resort is also around 7-10 minutes away by car.

Our hostess was delightful and super helpful.

The VERY low chandelier in the living room is awful. So unsuitable in every way. Too much ornamental clutter in such a tiny apartment. Table was barely usable due to lack of chair space.

Hidden gem just outside Lienz

We liked our hosts and their friendliness. Apartment was cozy and it had everything we needed. I would like to praise kitchen because it had lot of accessories and high quality dishwasher and fridge. Excellent wifi connection is also worth mentioning. We also liked radio and lighting. I would recommend this apartment to my friends.

Lady that owns the house was really helpful and understanding. Extremely nice apartment, and comfortable stay all together. Great value. Would recommend to everyone.

If you are travelling with a car, google maps is not showing the exact house, it just stops in the middle of the road and says 'you are at your location'( there is another road to drive down after that ), which is a bit confusing if you are coming in the night time. Poor lady had to come and find us as we got lost because of that.

Dies ist unser zweiter Aufenthalt bei Frau Frick. Wir haben uns sehr gefreut, wiederzukommen, denn die Wohnung war hervorragend: blitzsauber, ruhig, gemütlich und ideal gelegen für Ausflüge nach Osttirol und Kärnten. Besonders geschätzt haben wir Frau Fricks Freundlichkeit und ihren herzlichen Empfang, den sie mit viel Herzblut und echter Freude gestaltet. Wir können diese Apartments uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Die Ortsrandlage der FeWo garantiert die absolute Ruhe tags und nachts vor Ort! Unser kleines Appartement im EG (eines von dreien) ist liebe- und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die Gastgeberin Frau Frick lebt eine ausgeprägte Gastfreundschaft von der Begrüßung bis zur Verabschiedung, alles sehr angenehm!

Selten so eine tolle Gastgeberin erlebt. Die Ferienwohnung ist so liebevoll eingerichtet. Zur Begrüßung gab es Speckjause mit allem was dazu gehört. Frau Frick ist mit Herz und Blut Gastgeberin. Toll, dass man die Waschmaschine und den Trockner benutzen kann. Uns hat es super toll gefallen und wir kommen gerne wieder. Frau Frick hat ein Auge für die kleinen Dinge, die das Leben lebenswert machen. Von uns 10 von 10 Punkten!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ideale Ferienwohnung zum Gegend erkunden mit Traumausblick auf die Lienzer Dolomiten.

Super freundlicher Empfang mit Osttiroler Speckjause inklusive leckerem Bauernbrot. Sehr zuvorkommende, nette Gastgeber. Ausstattung mehr als perfekt. Es ist alles da, was man braucht und zusätzlich noch vieles mit Liebe bereitgestellt (zB Entspnnungsbadezusatz, Kerzen für romantisches Bad und viel Deko und Proben lokaler Produkte....)

Haus ist nicht einfach zu finden, einen Hügel hinunter am Ende einer Sackgasse. Man muss im Ort durch eine längere sehr enge Straßenstelle zwischen Häusern durchfahren. Retour bei Gegenverkehr - nicht so einfach erreichbar!
