Feel like home

Exceptional host. The house was under renovation but the couple tried to accomodate us beyond expectations. The unit was on the Ground Floor and very convenient for senior adults in our family.

Stunning apartment with amazing views, private and quiet location, close to the city and shops. The host was very welcoming with a cute dog. It was very clean, comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen, big smart TV, good WiFi, and everything you need. Recommend.

Apartment was super big, with even sauna included, separate big bedroom for parents, separate bedroom for kids, big fully equiped kitchen. Everything was super clean, felt like visiting home. It is located in ground floor of private house, eith hosts living upstairs. Town is very clean and lots of places to spend time outside, private big yard with free parking option.

It was the best booking experience ever! 2 separate bedrooms with a big bed. Large hall with a kitchen. Everything is very clean in an alpine style. I want to note that the owner prepared firewood in advance. Large space that is suitable for a large company or family

Everything!! A beautiful house in a beautiful town with a large gorgeous backyard. The host was very lovely and went out of her way to help us. Very friendly host. The only thing I'll advise future travellers is that it is not very accessible if relying on public transport. Bus frequency is hourly and nearest bus stop is 900m walk away (take Line 2 from the main train station)

Garden Retreat with Stunning View

Marlies’ place gets an A+ from all of us. There apartment is spacious, light, comfortable and well equipped. The garden is beautiful and outdoor space inviting. The mountain view is commanding and breathtaking. Location is quiet, easy walk to grocery and 10 minutes or so to the tourist center and train station. We loved Lienz and there is lots to do in the surrounding countryside. All a home run. Can’t wait to come back - for longer.

Unerwartet große Wohnung mit sehr freundlichen Gastgebern!

Ruhigste Lage und dennoch rasch zu Fuß in der Innenstadt von Lienz, große sehr helle und saubere Ferienwohnung, Parkplatz vor der Haustür, sogar unter dem Carport. Wir sind mit (gute erzogenem) Hund gekommen. Küche mit allem was man braucht. Sogar Bohnen in der Top-Kaffeemaschine. Ein Platz zum Wohlfühlen!

Das Appartement ließ wirklich keine Wünsche offen! Im Badezimmer gab es sogar eine Infrarotkabine. Wenn wir wieder in Lienz sind, werden wir sehr gerne wieder vorbeikommen.

Sehr ruhiges schönes Wohnquartier etwas ausserhalb. Parterrewohnung in einen Zweifamilienhaus. Parkplatz direkt neben dem Eingang. Schöne Wohn/Essküche. Grosses Badezimmer. Hier läst es sich gut ein paar Tage aushalten.

Mooi modern appartement in rustige omgeving en op loopafstand van de stad.

Mooi modern en schoon appartement in een rustige omgeving en op 10 minuten lopen van Lienz. Appartement zit aan het huis van de host. Je hebt een eigen ingang en een hele ruime oprit waar wij 2 auto's kwijt konden en nog genoeg plaats over hadden. Appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien en is voor 4 personen. Lieve en behulpzame host waar je alles aan kunt vragen. Wij komen zeker nog eens terug. Tip!! mocht je een hond meenemen, tuin is niet afgezet. Je zou een extra lange lijn mee kunnen nemen zodat de hond buiten op de grote oprit onder het afdak in de schaduw zou kunnen liggen, hier staat ook de tuinset met parasol. Tevens even uitkijken wanneer je het terrein oprijdt, deze rustig schuin oprijden doordat er een behoorlijke "drempel" ligt. Met name voor lage auto's.

Alles ausgezeichnet gewesen.. Die Einrichtung war top alles vorhanden was mann für einen gelungenen Urlaub braucht... Da kann man Einziehen und sich Wohlfühlen 💥💯👌👍

Perfekt! 🤩

Sehr großzügige, gepflegte, barrierefreie Ferienwohnung mit Top-Ausstattung in ruhiger Lage (15min fußläufig in die Innenstadt)! Es ist alles da, das man sich nur wünschen kann und sogar noch mehr! Gemütliche Wohnküche, große Schlafzimmer und natürlich die Infrarot-Kabine. Die Gastgeber sind extrem bemüht und hilfsbereit, haben uns auch mit schon eingeheiztem Kachelofen verwöhnt. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt! Danke!
