Beautiful cottage with amazing mountain views.

Beautiful cottage not far from the city, very peaceful area with a river running beside the place, easy walk to the local Spar for grocery shopping, great garden and terrace area, amazing views of the mountains.

Pretty much nothing not to like, perhaps might be a bit cold in winter but we stayed in September.

Perfect place for bike tourists, some more information, some maintenance and some cleaning missing

Small cottage perfect for 3 people or a family up to 5 people. The place is perfect next to the Drau/Drava. The train track is behind the garden but with closed window it was not noisy. The city center is close and safe by bike. Drutalradweg the Drau bike path is 15 m from the house so ot is a perfect place for bike tours

We called them an hour earlier but they did not informed us that the keys are in the city center office. When we arrived to the house a the key pickup information was on the door. It took other 40 minutes to collect the keys. Multiple furnitures are broken: Armchairs arm is broken, kitchen cuttlery drawer is broken. The couch in the dining room was full of animal fur .

A washing machine would be welcome. The downstairs bathroom would not be ideal for some.

It was super cold, the house wasn’t heated before our arrival and it took hours before it reached normal temperature.

nice location. asking to collect keys from a different location (about 2km apart) is not a good idea. also keys need to

Nice place to stay - could have stayed longer!

Nice quiet location. Lovely traditional style cottage. Very cosy. The walk from the station and town centre is quite manageable, under 25 minutes.

Best to TELEPHONE to arrange keys, as the office deals with many other properties. However, our hosts were very helpful and accommodating when we phoned.

Terrible hospitality.

we were a few minutes late to the check in (which is not at the location of the property), and the receptionist refused to check us in and refused to give us a refund. this resulted in us being stuck that night looking for a new property to stay in after pleading with her to let us check in and that we would pick up the key from wherever needed. terrible hospitality, inhumane and absolutely disappointing.

Tranquil and roomy.

The location on the river and a bit outside of the town, but close to supermarkets. A great view from the upstairs balcony off the bedroom. Spacious. Private parking and little traffic goes past.

A bit inconvenient to pick up the keys from the town centre. No bathroom on the top level where the bedroom is. Lots of knick knacks everywhere, too soft pillows and no fan.

When collecting the keys the young lady at reception was so engaging and helpful, one of the most friendly welcomes we have had during our trip. Good location a short distance from the town and a great size of home with balcony, garden and off street parking.

The heating system ran out of pellets unfortunately (however there were other heaters available which we used so not really an issue). Again not really an issue for the property though one to be aware of - Google maps takes you onto a pedestrian/cycle path so be careful not to take that path with your vehicle.

Ein gemütliches kleines Haus an der Drau

Rosis Cottage liegt direkt am Drau Radweg. Es ist ein hübsches kleines Haus mit Garten und viel Platz. Es ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. In der Küche wurde an alles gedacht. Der Pelletofen schafft eine warme und gemütliche Atmosphäre. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Menschen im Shop sind sehr freundlich. Danke

Ich habe vergessen, nach der Mülltrennung zu fragen und so waren wir uns nicht sicher ob und wie wir trennen sollen.

Oase für Ruhesuchende

Sehr problemlose Abwicklung, von Schlüssel abholen bis zur Abreise. Das Haus liegt sehr idyllisch, eingezäunt, ein Traum war für uns mit zwei Hunden! Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet, uns hat nichts gefehlt. Sogar Kapsel für die Kaffeemaschine waren da! Wir würden jederzeit hier wieder buchen.

Wir waren zu zweit, so war das für uns in Ordnung. Für fünf Personen wird das WC im Bad sicher eine Engstelle. Im Sommer ist das Schlafzimmer im oberen Stock sicher warm. Nur am Rande noch, ich habe keine Mülltrennung machen können.

La posizione..davvero invidiabile comoda per arrivare ovunque e molto tranquilla

Purtroppo la pulizia..la struttura ha un gran potenziale ma va curata molto meglio..ragnatele unto e sporco in cucina su piastrelle mobili o calcare in bagno etc non danno onore ad una casa così carina. non mi interessa se gli arredi siano nuovi o vecchi..ma puliti si..sarò pignolo ma la penso cosi

Szukając obiektu w Lienzie, unikaj tych gospodarzy

Po dojezdzie (o ustalonej godzinie) pod wskazany obiekt tj Rosis Cottage niestety w lokalu nikogo nie zastałem. Po wykonaniu telefonu do właścicieli , zostałem poinformowany ze mam wejść na posesję, tam na drzwiach jest info ze mam podjechać do centrum Lienzu. W zarezerwowanym obiekcie (podobno) jest awaria wody, wobec powyższego zostaliśmy "awaryjnie" zakwaterowani w centrum Lienzu. Rezerwując obiekt kierowałem się 3 sypialniami, natomiast w nowym "awaryjnym" obiekcie zaoferowano mi 2 ? , po zwróceniu uwagi otrzymałem 3 sypialnię. Rozumiem, że awarie mogą się zdarzyć, jednak obowiązkiem właściciela jest przekazać tę informacje (sms, mailem) abym miał wybór poszukania innego lokalu (poza centrum miasta) . Właściciel w opisie rezerwacji obiektu (Rosis) zastrzegł, ze nie opcji bezpłatnego zrezygnowania z obiektu. W obiekcie zastępczym (centrum Lienzu tj. rynek) było czysto, oraz w spełniał wszystkie warunki. Dlatego nie mogę obiektywnie ocenić obiektu Rosis Cottage gdyż nie miałem okazji w nim przebywać. Wobec powyższego, nie polecam tych gospodarzy.
