Comfortable stay with minor issues, well resolved

The host is very eager to help and professional. There are no hidden costs such as final cleaning. No noise from other suites, adjustable room temperature, washing machine, excellent amenities, good price–quality ratio, spacious rooms, nice kitchen, all very clean, and a complimentary minibar. Our first suite was not silent at night due to a practically continuous engine noise; however, this was resolved by assigning us another room for our last night. Bathroom is nicer in suite 7, but suite 6 is bigger, quieter at night, and has a better TV. Overall, we liked our stay and intend to book again in the future.

No interim cleaning (free of charge), we did not meet the host in person. The safe deposit box should be bigger and securely attached to the wall (ours wasn’t attached). Tip for the host: Respond a bit faster to ad-hoc requests and carefully read special requests before assigning a suite. We also missed an extra kitchen towel, skirt hanger, skimmer, and kitchen tongs. More information in the room would be helpful (e.g. that minibar items are free).

Lienz city is a gem, highly recommend a visit. Local food / cakes excellent. Bread in bakeries to die for!

Glass wall between bathroom & bedroom not ideal as light sleepers may be disturbed by light transmission.

We had a wonderful stay...

Large apartment, impeccably clean, tastefully furnished and decorated. Large terrace with table and chairs/sun loungers - it's so big you could even ride a bike on it. The bed is large, medium hard - very comfortable for us, but it's a matter of taste. The kitchen is packed up to the roof with everything you can need, including coffee pods in quantity sufficient for the whole stay. Shops, restaurants, railway and bus terminal - all within walking distance. Total silence at night. We had a wonderful time here, thank you.

Het is een prachtig appartement. Alles is aanwezig en het ziet eruit als nieuw. Heel mooi ingericht.

Het bed is heel laag, dit kan voor sommigen misschien niet handig zijn.

Top appartement en zeer vriendelijke eigenaar.

Leuk, ruim appartement met alle comfort en heel dicht bij het centrum van Lienz. Onze E bikes konden veilig geparkeerd worden.

Geen eigen parkeerplaats, maar je kon tegen betaling gebruik maken van een parkeerkaart. In de omgeving van het appartement was er steeds een plekje te vinden.

Sofort wieder, wenn wir in der Nähe sind!

Die Lage ist perfekt, mitten im Zentrum, man bekommt einen Parkausweis und darf damit vor der Tür auf der Straße parken. Unten im Haus ist eine Bäckerei. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich, wir bekamen schon den Parkausweis (weil wir viel zu früh dran waren) und gingen dann erst mal bummeln. Der Ort ist sehenswert und entspannt. In der Unterkunft gibt es einen extra Fahrradraum und zum Appartement gehört ein abgeschlossener Skiraum, wo man Skischuhe trocknen kann und sein Zubehör lagern.

Eine Bedienungsanleitung für den Fernseher wäre schön. Der Gast vor uns hat anscheinend alles verstellt und wir haben bis zuletzt den Ton nicht lauter bekommen.

Séjour confortable et calme dans un appartement décoré avec soin et avec goût à réserver absolument

L'appartement est facilement accessible à pied de la gare. L'endroit était calme et on y avait la vue sur les montagnes. L'appartement était impeccable et de petites attentions ont été déposées pour moi. Le propriétaire a su accommoder mon arrivée plus tôt que prévue ! Son accueil a été chaleureux et il a répondu rapidement à toutes mes questions.

Herausragend gute Lage, 3 Minuten zum Zentrum, herrlich ruhig. Neues, mit viel Geschmack von Grund auf renoviertes Haus. Die Wohnung selbst war extrem sauber, sehr gemütlich, sehr stylish, sehr durchdacht, der Gastgeber sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Es war ein wahres Vergnügen, hier zu wohnen. Wir freuen uns schon heute auf das nächste Mal.
