A holiday for connoisseurs! Away from all the bustle let your hair down, breathe fresh air into your lungs, gaze out at the Dolomite mountain range and see the little town of Lienz lying at your feet. This house is very peaceful and is situated in the nicest part of the Lienz Dolomites. With its own entrance and a large south-facing balcony, this apartment (50 sqm) is really well furnished. Lienz is only 10 minutes away by car, and Zettersfeld family ski resort only 5 minutes by car. The launch pad for paragliding and hang-gliding is 2 minutes away the house.

Relax!: Our holiday apartment is just right for connoisseurs and letting your hair down. Its very peaceful location, the wonderful view and the airy warmth of the apartment’s furnishings will make you forget all your cares and woes.

My wife and I stayed at this property for four days, and really enjoyed the flat. Communication with the owners was excellent, and they were warm and responsive hosts. I appreciated the hiking tips. The flat is super clean and works great for a couple. It's accurately depicted in the photos. I'd recommend staying an extra day or taking a day away from your active vacation to camp out on the balcony to watch the magnificent Alps across the valley. The play of the sun from dawn to dusk on the mountains, the constantly shifting clouds and mist, are magic to behold. Put the phone away, breathe in/out, relax with a bottle of wine, and appreciate a special place in this world. Thanks so much to our hosts, and, needless to say, we'd love to return.

We really enjoyed our stay ! If you are looking for a quiet sky high paradise....this is it. The view is amazing. You travel up a steep winding road from town for about 10 minutes and turn into this hidden gem. The hosts were very attentive and were on hand if we needed anything. Everything was clean and comfortable in the apartment. We loved the area for outdoor activities. The town of Lienz is full of nice shops and is very quaint. Highly recommend.

The apartment is located on the heights of Lienz from where you can enjoy a marvelous view and the quietness of the surrounding meadows. It is very well located to explore the different areas of the Hohe Tauern and in less than 10 minutes you are in town.

We stayed at the apartment for a week with our two kids, aged 4 and 7. The apartment was as displayed on the pictures, and the view from the balcony is beautiful. Theres is a lot to do in the surround area, so I can recommend the location for an active holiday.

Wir wurden sehr herzlich in Empfang genommen und haben 5 schöne, erholsame Tage in den Bergen verbracht. In der großzügig geschnittenen Ferienwohnung hat es uns an absolut nichts gefehlt. Und auch unser (großer) Hund war ein gern gesehener Gast. Auf dem sonnigen Balkon haben wir den Tag mit einem herrlichen Blick ins Tal ausklingen lassen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!!!

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem super gepflegten Zustand und ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Aussicht vom Balkon ins Tal ist echt atemberaubend.Die Unterkunft ist auch nur 3km vom nächsten Skilift entfernt. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hat sich sehr um unsere Bedürfnisse und Anliegen gekümmert. Vielen Dank für die schönen erholsamen Feiertage.

In der Region Osttirol waren wir schon häufig. Uns hat es immer prima gefallen. In diesem Sommerurlaub, von Ende Juli in den August 2009 hinein, hatten wir aber die beste Ferienunterkunft und die freundlichsten Gastgeber. Den traumhaften Blick vom großen Balkon haben wir für das Fotoalbum festgehalten. Die anderen Eindrücke werden wir im nächsten Jahr unbedingt aufschrischen!! Unser Opa kommt aus dem Schwärmen garnicht mehr hinaus und da er noch einiges erwandern will, wird er auch wieder dabei sein. Paul und Richard, unsere Sportskanonen, waren gefordert und haben schon neue Ziele für 2010. Bis dahin bleiben uns die Fotos und schönen Erinnerungen. Christoph, Kathi, Opa, Paul und Richard P.s. Besonders lecker waren die Tiroler Kuchen nach unseren Wanderungen.
