Mirna lokacija. Lepa, prostorna in svetla spalnica. Ravno prav trda vzmetnica v postelji. Velik balkon z izjemnim razgledom na mesto Leinz in Dolomite. Zofa v dnevnem prostoru je udobna. Tuš je zelo prijeten. Čudovite stenske fotografije na hodnikih. Gostitelj Marco je komunikativen, govori dobro angleško in je zelo odziven po telefonu oz. WhatsApp-u. Nasploh sem se med bivanjem v Sun Appartments počutil zelo dobro. Tukaj bi z veseljem še dopustoval.
Čistoča - apartma ni bil ustrezno očiščen (ostanki hrane, prah, ...). V kopalnici bi prav prišlo milo za roke. Vse dni je bilo v apartmaju zelo vroče (kljub nastavljenim termostatom na najnižjo T) in zrak je bil zelo suh. Slab izbor turističnih brošur v preddverju.

Die Aussicht über Lienz ist traumhaft. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und bemüht, einmal in der Woche wurden alle Gäste eingeladen auf ein Getränk zum gegenseitigen Kennenlernen.
Der Pool, die Sauna und der Tischkicker waren sehr schön.
In der Wohnung befand sich hübsches Geschirr.
Die Sauberkeit hat uns nicht gefallen, es war insgesamt nur absolut oberflächlich gereinigt.
Im Bad waren in der Toilette die Hinterlassenschaften der Vormieter zu finden, genauso wie Haarbüschel und abgeschnittene Fingernägel auf dem Fußboden. An den Küchenfronten und Griffen befanden sich klebrige Fingerabdrücke. Das Geschirr war nicht sauber.
Die Matratzen waren teilweise durchgelegen und leider auch nicht sauber.
Wir hätten für den Preis und eine angepriesene frisch renovierte Wohnung deutlich mehr erwartet.
