Good choice but not close to center

Clean and a friendly staff..good price compare to those in the city center..they have a 24/7 bar/restaurant..comfy king size bed

Is very away from the city center if you want to walk and not always use taxi or bus you need approx 40 minutes to go..there is no open bar or restaurants around to eat but the hotel has its own bar/restaurant.

Acceptable but not somewhere I would choose again

It was clean and functional. Beds were comfortable

Not the greatest location. Staff were abrupt and rude. Charging a 9 year old €15 for breakfast seems excessive.

Good for few days, near science museum

Bed was large and comfortable. Housekeeping done daily. There was a market opposite of hotel, just after crossing pedestrian bridge. Reception staff speak good English.

No kettle on room. Breakfast expensive.

Overall a great stay with a nice location right at the city entrance, great value for money.

Extremely friendly staff at the counter, helped finding a parking spot nearby because there were no spots left in the parking garage. The bed was comfy, temperature was good.

The toilet in my room was constantly pouring down water. It wasn't something that bothered me and it certainly couldn't be heared behind a closed bathroom door.

a room for one person not for couple, small bed, no bedside tables, broken shower, broken toilet, lack of sound insulation: I heard all the neighbors!

Good value for money but requests could have been better addressed

The room was good. The staff was friendly but not did not go out of the way to make you feel comfortable. The phone was faulty and did not get replaced even after reminders.

The service could have been a little more prompt when we complain.

Great location for a weekend stay!

Great stuff, easy access to public transport! Jesica in the reception was excellent and helpful with information and suggestions! The restaurant is good!

Beds were extremely comfortable and the rooms were quiet. Breakfast was excellent and service was very good. The Reception staff were very accommodating with requests

Location was good, however a 20 minute walk to pick up the Hop On, Hop Off buses, but taxis are plentiful and not expensive, so the location was not too bad

Very big bed and comfortable. The staff was very kind and helpful. Also it was clean room. The stay was very relaxing.

The location but if you have a car you can park easily around if the parking is full as it happened to me. And the taxi rates to centre or aquarium are normal priced around 6€.
