The hotel location is great as right on the front of the promenade however we really thought that when we arrived we'd be getting a room with a sea view however,we were at the back looking out on to a yard which was quite noisy for a few hours that evening and the bed room window wouldn't shut so room was very cold .
The breakfast was ok but thought there's be lots more choices ..... Didn't like been at back of hotel as we'd booked a room with seaview as love coming to Morecambe....

I was happy overall to stay and had no real issues. Slight inconvenience not being able to get a key before 3pm so I had to return to get it.
We did not want access to the room before 3pm but the hard no check in before then did mean I had to go away for an hour and come back changed my schedule slightly for the day. No big deal and the stay was fine so all good.

Location
Was supposed to be a double executive room but we dispute the fact that it reached those standards .. shower door didn’t close and the view was totally depressing we looked out onto dustbins and rear of buildings ie brick wall .. mattress had no topper room wasn’t big enough for a wardrobe .. walked into the room and bumped into bed room was that small
