Great location short walk to the prom & shops, bed & pillows very comfortable. Staff were really friendly and the breakfast was excellent.

The room size and overall décor is nice.
The location is good.
The bathroom is beautiful
On arrival, there were serval staff talking at the bar. They all ran off as we walked in the door and we waited till one member came back. This was quite off putting.
As staff member pointed out to us the entrance to get in the evening. We had issues with the locks working when we did return and took us some time to get into the building. This was worrying.
With regards to the room the only upgrade I would suggest is new mattresses as they were tired and a difficult sleep.
It should be made clear there is only paid parking across the road and no on site parking available.
We ordered snacks o arrival and they were expensive not as described.
The breakfast the following morning was poor. There were no children's options of hot food. The sausages were underdone and inedible.
Overall stay was okay. Room for improvement.
