I couldn't make breakfast because I had to be out during those hours, but I came back to a very generous selection of delicious breakfast items left out for me. The room was very spacious, with excellent facilities, a lovely selection of teas and oat milk in my mini-fridge especially for me. Plus very fancy biscuits that reappeared the next day after I ate them. Friendly owner and superb location right by the beach.

Wonderful owner, who was friendly and catered for everyone needs.
When we arrived, David made us tea and hot cross buns, and he added more items everyday.
Breakfast was fantastic, great range of products, and great produce, with a huge range of options.
Our room had a great sea view.
Great Wi Fi speed, and good water pressure in shower, even though on second floor.
Additional touches: fresh flowers in the room, wide range of products in the bathroom. Plus binoculars and torches for use.
We liked everything.
It was a fantastic place, just a few too many steps for me. This didn't stop me getting out though, plus we had a fantastic view on the second floor.

Most friendly welcome by David. All the facilities were perfect with a cozy comfortable atmosphere. Warm and welcoming with lots of little touches that made you feel at home. Plenty of books to read, comfortable bed and pillows and absolute first class breakfast. Can't rate this place high enough.
