Excellent room size for 3 adults, Dinner was very good with a wide variety of choice, the Hotel is on the sea front with dining overlooking the sea.
Slight lack of seating during breakfast, many tables set out for 2 a few set for 4 only.

bar area looks scruffy and entrance too, building is amazing but tired looking and needs tlc, a good paint, staff are amazing, stairwell breathtaking, plastic chairs outside look cheap, breakfast ok but abit basic, not far from getting it bang on, it needs more investment

The decor, the setting, the lovely, well equipped bedrooms
This is not a major complaint. Some of the Staff seemed somewhat undertrained. We ordered some additional items for our dinner but they never appeared. The service was slow in the bar and the employee on reception took a long time to access details on the PC and the card reader.

The position was stunning. Plenty of parking
Weird wall that needed moving to locate the toilet in the bathroom. Clever idea but completely impractical. Very badly stained carpet in the bedroom. The continental breakfast! No coffee in the pots and a table in the middle of the room that had an air con unit dripping onto the floor and the croissants/yoghurts etc. It had obviously been like that for a while because the floor was badly marked.
